What is Red Nose Day?
Red Nose Day is a campaign committed to raising awareness and money for children in poverty across the world. It’s a day in the U.S. when people can get together and do something silly for a good cause. In the last 25 years, Red Nose Day has raised over $1 billion worldwide for children in poverty. Created by the British charity, Comic Relief, Red Nose Day uses entertainment and laughter to deliver their message about issues affecting millions of lives. Simply buying a red nose from Walgreens and wearing it for one day contributes to the campaign in a significant way by means of financial support and raising awareness for those in need. Proceeds help children in the US along with some of the poorest communities around the world. This year, the movement benefited 11 U.S. children’s charities that ensure kids are safe, healthy, and educated.

On May 26th, our team at Peak Medical sported our red noses to show our support for the campaign. It’s not too late to get involved and make a lasting difference. Visit Walgreens to get your own red nose, raise money to help a child, and have fun in the process!
